Our Policies

• All major credit cards, Zelle, CareCredit, and cash are accepted as payment for services.
  
• Please note that we enforce a strict No Cash Refund policy.
  
• If for any reason a client is not satisfied with their haircut and/or color service, the client has 3 days from the original appointment date to come back for adjustments, ask for details. 
• Nails service adjustments only available on same time and day of service, ask for details.
• NO REFUNDS are available for laser services; please inquire for more details. Any skin concerns or complications related to laser services or skin care must be reported to our office within 3 days in order to be treated; otherwise, they will not be covered by our policy.
• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge if notified within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
• Please plan accordingly for that Washington Metro Area traffic!
• We reserve the right to charge 50% of the service fee if the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours. This policy is in place out of respect for our staff members and our clients.
• We will help you reschedule your appointment for a later date if desired, ask for details. 

Sick Policy

• We will not be accepting sick clients.
• If you or someone you are in close contact with is sick within 24 hours of your appointment, please cancel immediately.
